Before leaving on a lengthy journey, bless your car.
Walk around it clockwise and examine the body, the windows, the wheels, and so on.
Imagine yourself storing up more and more energy within yourself with each breath that you take.
Then breathe out all of the energy, fixing it in each of the car's part.
Say:
May the protection of the Lord and the Lady
be in and about this vehicle,
that it may deliver us safe to our destination.
So mote it be!

For Protection For Traveling Over Land
You Will Need:
gem, crystal or stone
Gnomes are said to dwell in the Earth, which they move through
as easily as other creatures tread the ground.
They cannot abide the sunlight as it would turn them to stone.
For this reason,
they often spend their daylight hours in the form of a toad.
They can be invoked for protection while traveling over land,
or to lead you to hidden, or buried, treasure.
Procedure:
Invoking The Gnomes:
Make an offering to the Gnomes by burying a shiny object such as a
gem, crystal or stone in the earth outside your
home just before you leave on your journey.
Say:
I offer up this gift to share,
that the Gnomes may hear my prayer
& all their protective powers lend,
to see me safely to journey's end!

Night Travel Spell
This rhyme is for those who must travel
in the black of night or heart of winter
Say:
Feather of raven, black as pitch,
Hear the summons of this Witch.
I wave this feather before my quest,
To the East, South, North, and West.
I sprinkle mandrake upon my fire,
And know how very close is my desire.
Raven, lend your guidance in the night.
Curse the dangers in my sight.
Bless this traveler on the way,
O Diana, to you I pray:
That thy face shall shine on me,
And protect me and ever guide me.
I pray to the Goddess above-
Keep me on my way with love.

Protecting your Vehicle
You Will Need:
power of visualization
A few drops of frankincense oil
1 stick of frankincense or other protection incense
1 small charm such as a dolphin or eagle (optional)
Procedure:
Visualize a sphere or bubble of light around the vehicle
and mentally seal it with the sign of
the equal armed cross above the bonnet.
Before any long journey, put a few drops of
frankincense in water and wipe over the wheel
arches with a sponge dipped in this water.
Burn the stick incense inside the vehicle
and pass the charm through the smoke to bless it.
Hang the charm in a prominent place or
put it in the glove compartment.
Finally protect the vehicle as in the simple technique.
You can expect to feel happier and to feel safer
through having carried out the protection spell,
but this does not mean that you can afford to take
risks with your driving and you should observe all
other safety precautions as well.
For some people traveling can be a real ordeal.
These three techniques can protect the traveler
and give considerable peace of mind during what is,
after all, a period of transition.
When you arrive safely at your destination it is always worthwhile making
a small offering to the powers that be that have helped you in thanks.

Safe Travel Spell
You Will Need:
1 white feather
white embroidery floss
1 silver charm
Procedure:
Take a white feather, some white embroidery floss, and a silver charm shaped like a wheel.
Use the floss to fasten the wheel charm to the quill end of the feather.
Tie off the floss with a loop so that you can hang or wear the feather.
As you work...
Say:
Hermes, wing-footed messenger of fair Olympus,
see us safely to our destination.
Hang the feather in your vehicle, or wear it whenever you travel in an airplane or in someone else's vehicle.
