For Yourself

Stop for yourself.
Take a breath for yourself.
You need the energy refill.
If you don't do it no one else will.
Light a candle for yourself.
Ground yourself.
Slow yourself down.
Take a look around.
Breath in the air -
without care.
Breathe it all out.
That's what it's all about.
That feeling of inner peace -
not with just one piece -
but with your whole heart -
ask for a fresh start.
Take time for yourself.
Make a prayer for yourself.
Make a prayer for someone else -
if that doesn't matter -
neither will anything else.
if you don't
no one else will.
